CimWorks UK Ltd do not store credit card details. We feel this is the best way to ensure security for customer details.
We do not retain details for selling on to Third Parties for the purposes of marketing.
Refund Policy:
Hardware items
A refund will only be given for Hardware items under the following conditions.
- We delivered the item in Error
- The item is received in a faulty condition. Under this condition the faulty goods should be returned to us
within 30 days.
- Refunds back to cards normally take 3-4 business days after receipt of faulty goods
Maintenance Agreements
- Once started a maintenance agreement cannot normally be cancelled and refunded.
- Under certain special conditions, at the discretion of the CimWorks UK Management, a cancellation may be
considered, subject to an administration fee.
Delivery Policy
For GAGEtrak Software and the relevant Maintenance Agreements please allow 2 working days for the electronic delivery of these items.
For any other software or hardware ordered please allow 5 working days for delivery by courier if in stock.
If any items are out of stock please allow 14 days for delivery; we will contact you should the item you ordered be currently be out of stock.
